All of our services and products are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are ever less then 100% satisfied, please let us know at once so that we may resolve the situation. We welcome all of your suggestions and rely on them to help us improve our service and your enjoyment of this SalonSpa experience. Hygiene
Cleanliness and sanitation are of utmost importance to us and we follow very strict guidelines for sterilization. Our hydrotherapy tub is FDA approved for self-sanitizing. Additionally, a technician cleans and sanitizes the tub prior to servicing each client. All of our spa and nail instruments are sterilized in a medical quality auto-clave.
Your Comfort
When enjoying our water and body treatments, women may wear as much or as little as they wish. However, men must wear a bathing suit. We provide free disposable bikini panties for women, or if preferable, you may bring your own bathing suits. What really matters is that you feel totally relaxed and comfortable. Food/Drink Intake
We ask that you eat a light meal up to two hours prior to treatment and abstain from alcoholic beverages for 12 hours prior to services.
Cancellations
Because our technicians have especially reserved time for you, please provide 24 hour notice of cancellations for any individual service or 48 hours before a spa package, in order to avoid being charged for a service.
Children
We love them and are happy to serve them as well, however, we ask that they be brought to the SalonSpa only if they have an appointment. It is our goal to keep the environment relaxed. Children under 18 must be receiving a service or must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Scheduling
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to relax, shower change into your robe and slippers as applicable and prepare yourself to be pampered. Punctuality ensures that your services can start on time and be performed promptly without rushing the time allowed.
Punctuality
We greatly appreciate your punctuality but we do understand circumstances may arise that can cause you to be late. We do everything possible to accommodate you, however, in some cases it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your service.
Packages
All services scheduled as a package must be completed in the same day.
Valuables
Please leave your valuables at home or in your locker. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Water
We encourage you to keep yourself hydrated during spa time; therefore, we have provided complimentary lemon water throughout the spa and salon. Please feel free to pour yourself a glass at anytime. Also, we would like you to know that all of our water in the building has been purified for your healthy consumption. Comments or Questions?
